Problems Printing

Well I have a bug report for an Epson Printer. The print_server doesnt
crash on this one nor does the driver. But when I print It does something
weird only when using the OBOS print_server. When I print it only prints
half page and even at that it jumbles everything. Like one time I tryed
printing the OBOS home page and the OBOS logo's black out lining came out
about an inch to the right and 1/2 an inch down. But Oh well. That is my
bug report no error messages no nothing. Oh By the way the Printer is an
Epson Stylus Color 440. I know it is unsupported but works perfectly
under the Epson Stylus Pro XL driver as you all may know.

I think it is time for a new release when the following prerequisite
- "save file as" bug is fixed (Philippe or Rompo?)
- documentation is updated (Celerick)
- transparency for patterns is implemented (Michael)
- further tests have to be made & bug fixes if necessary: (Michael)
- scaling and translation
- patterns
- position and size of bitmaps
- clipping to "stroked path"
- update of PDFlib to 4.0.2 (Philippe or Michael)
Rompo should be qualified for the first point. If you are on
the mailing list, do you want to take this over?
As PDF Writer is a low priority sub project of OBOS the tasks
should be completed within the next month.
Please everyone let me know if you can contribute in the
given time frame and what.

Thanks for your bug report.

Please try the beta 2, that can be downloaded from the OBOS web site
and test it again. I fear it will not fix your problem.
I have the impression that the wrong placed output is caused
by an incorrectly setup print job. Before printing, have you setup the
page?
